I always thought I’d get round to one of these one of these days, and I finally have. Welcome to my humble online abode. A place for general musings and thoughts, I hope you enjoy the ride.

These are some of my favourite CrossFit inspired designs for t-shirts and mugs and the like. I love these phrases, but it’s trying to explain them to non CrossFitters that makes me laugh the most! Just click on the image you like to see it in more detail, and buy it if you like it. They make great gifts.

Hi, for a very small percentage of people Google is unable to work out your location – obviously something that is outside my control. I’ve only had a couple people report this issue out of the thousands that use it though, so don’t worry – although the script doesn’t work for you, it’ll work fine for all your visitors, which is what matters!

I’d been trying to reply to your comment via email, but your email server returns the following error:

“Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

pop1corn@hotmail.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable (state 14).”
