Remember the Crossfit guidance for eating though: &lt;em&gt;&quot;Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little start, no sugar.&quot;&lt;/em&gt;  Sometimes you see people amend the end to say &lt;em&gt;&quot;... no &lt;strong&gt;refined &lt;/strong&gt;sugar.&quot;&lt;/em&gt;
Basically if you cut out all (or 90% of) the junk carbs in your diet, you won&#039;t be going far wrong.
