Paypal were absolutely no use at all, they said because I actually received the item they closed the claim. My next step was the contact Consumer Direct. I followed all the advise they gave me and then I have to admit I gave up because Datakits still didn't respond. Then in about September/October I got a telephone call from Trading Standards saying they were taking Datakits to court. I don't know how long this takes but I have heard nothing since. I know I didn't spend a great deal of money with this company but it was the principle and I just wanted him to stop ripping people off. He must have made so much money from selling dud goods, I have read reviews that date back as far as 2005 from people with the same complaints. I thought I should check the net for any further complaints and have been shocked that this company are still trading!!! Luckily I paid with my VISA so a swift call to the bank and (I would strongly recommend you all do the same to dispute the payment )and then straight onto TRADING STANDARDS to log a complaint and guess what they already have a record of this company, the more of us who make complaints the better they need to be stopped!!!!!
