Strict adherence to the Zone + fish oil + Crossfit will get the weight off.  I&#039;m eating four 3-block meals a day + a pint of milk (15 blocks total) with normal Zone Diet fat block levels.  No alcohol.  No chocolate.  (Argh!)
If you look at the bump on my weight graph around the 5th July, that was the fall out from the BBQ.  In fact just today, some 4 days later, I&#039;m back to the weight I was before, so that BBQ has put me back 1/2 week.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yeah, the Flip is pretty nice.
