		<description>Hello Colin, thought I&#039;d check up on your progress. Had a look at the video and the only thing to say is &quot;dickie in the hole!&quot;. Paul was struggling a bit with the same thing last year so we had a couple of long jump-snatch (full squat) competitions with an empty bar as warm up on snatch days. It seemed to help and was good fun.
