This leaves just 3 exercise left to achieve <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crossfitseattle.com\/athletic_skill.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">Athletic Standard Level 1<\/a> (Well rounded beginner):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 mile run in under 9 mins<\/li>\n<li>a 10 second L-sit<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Christine&#8221; (3 rounds of 500m row, 12 Deadlifts, 21 box jumps) in under 15 mins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All these I have tried already and failed.  \ud83d\ude41<br \/>\nIf you&#8217;ve not heard of Crossfit take a look at their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crossfit.com\">main site here<\/a>.  I go to England&#8217;s only <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crossfitmanchester.com\">Crossfit gym<\/a> in Manchester, which happens to be 1 mile from my front door.
