Use of the hip swing makes a big difference here, though it does kind of feel like cheating.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 27th June<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Max reps in 2 mins<\/p>\n<p>Row (cals)<br \/>\nSit Ups<br \/>\nKBell Swings<br \/>\nDouble Unders<br \/>\nPress Ups<br \/>\nPull Ups<br \/>\nRest 2 mins between exercises<\/p>\n<p>Row\/ SitUps \/ KBS \/ DU\/ Pr Ups \/ Pu Ups \/ (KB load) \/ Scaling<\/p>\n<p>Colin &#8211; 42 \/ 36 \/ 53 \/ 41 \/ 31 \/ 30 = 233 (20kg)<\/p>\n<p>This chewed me up and spat me out.  Fear the routines with built in rest, especially a 2 min rest!  I don&#8217;t think I moved for about 10 minutes after this finished.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday 29th June<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fight Gone Bad &#8211; count reps in 3 rounds of:<\/p>\n<p>1 min wall ball (20lb ball)<br \/>\n1 min sumo high pulls (34kg bar)<br \/>\n1 min box jumps<br \/>\n1 min push press (35kg)<br \/>\n1 min row for cals<br \/>\n1 min rest.<\/p>\n<p>This all went badly wrong, Round 1 &#8211; Round 2 &#8211; Round 3:<\/p>\n<p>86 &#8211; 53 &#8211; 56 = 195 (I think).<\/p>\n<p>Last time (3rd May) I got: 84 &#8211; 71 &#8211; 70 = 225<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t know what happened to do so badly.  I can only put it down to a very bad nights sleep in which I was up 3 times in the night.
