In kilograms my lifts were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Back Squat: 140 &#8211; 150(Fail) &#8211; <strong>145(=Personal Best)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Shoulder Press: 50 &#8211; 52.5 &#8211; <strong>55(PB)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Deadlift: 140 &#8211; 150(F) &#8211; 150(F)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In pounds my lifts were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Back Squat: 308 &#8211; 330(Fail) &#8211; <strong>319(=Personal Best)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Shoulder Press: 110 &#8211; 115.5 &#8211; <strong>121(PB)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Deadlift: 308 &#8211; 330(F) &#8211; 330(F)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Giving me a <strong>Crossfit Total of 340 kg or 748 lbs.<\/strong>  That&#8217;s a respectable days lifting I think, but backsquatting more than the deadlift, what&#8217;s all that about?
